All personalized items, with names, dates, or other unique details, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their custom nature.***  If you have any concerns about the quality of your personalized item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. 
• Other products are eligible for return or store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Products must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
